Pros
Coworkers and most clients are the best. Super positive experience in that regard
Cons
Management does not care about burning out lower level staff (which carecen would be nothing without) even though staff often come from the same backgrounds as clients we're trying to "help". Lack of training, high turnover rate, not enough pay.
