Corporate is more worried about making money and staying under hours so the employees and managers are overworked because only so many people are allowed to be hired at each store. People are constantly quitting which forces employees and managers to go as far as 2 hours to cover other stores. They are not worried about how their employees feel. Some area managers will tell you they don't care. The pay is not worth the treatment. If you look at a manager's check stub they are capped at 40 hours a week but in my area, we were forced to work 50 hours a week.
