Pros
Not too many There is little support from Corporate when working at a client. Most consulting firms have networking and cross-client events. There is little awareness that I even work for CAI.
Cons
1. The vacation time is a complete joke 2. The sick time is a complete joke (rolled up with the limited vacation time) 3. There is little desire to change the minimal amount of PTO despite repeated calls for action. 4. Pay is much less than market. 5. There are other holidays besides the Christian ones. Employees of different faiths are forced to utilize the limited pool of PTO days to celebrate their own holidays while also using same to celebrate the Christian ones they do not celebrate!
