Pros

Coworkers are generally great. Good amount of flexibility. If you are super lucky you get a nice manager who isn't more focused on money than their employees. Some teams got to work from home during covid. Tony is very involved in the community and charity.

Cons

For the past few years since Tom has taken over the company he has been clearing out higher salary employees, hiring his friends, and really going against his dad's values for the company. Unless you are on one of the currently "interesting" teams you won't get a raise for years. They also run teams insanely lean and take employees leaving as an opportunity not to backfill. Most frustratingly they are trying to check all the boxes to claim we are diversify minded but are doing so in the most selfish way possible. They started providing 2 weeks paternity leave which is great but then about 2 years later they REDUCED maternity leave to also be 2 weeks in the name of "equality". It's such an obvious money grab to check whatever diversity box they wanted it is straight up offensive. They know it too because this company LOVES to send emails bragging about themselves but they did this change without telling anybody. CAI hangs it's hat on being inclusive with their A2W program and their ERGs but I promise you there is nothing behind it but money grabs.

Pros

- Opportunity to work on interesting, high-impact projects. - Flexible work environment that supports work/life balance. - Many talented and knowledgeable colleagues across the organization.

Cons

- Leadership dynamics can feel misaligned, particularly when less experienced teams are driving decisions that impact more tenured professionals. - Career growth feels unclear and, at times, unattainable without the "right" visibility or relationships. - Cross-functional friction is common, and navigating disagreement does not always feel supported or safe. - Compensation and advancement do not consistently reflect market expectations or individual contributions. - Organizational priorities can feel disconnected from the day-to-day experience of employees.
