Pros
Great people. Beautiful office. Great facilities. Salary is ok but please see cons. Some good company benefits once you pass probation.
Cons
No pay reviews for the past 3 years, not even cost of living. Recently been aquired by another business, lots of redundancies. Clients are difficult to work with. Expected to juggle multiple different factors that are outide of individuals remit. Unrealistic workload. Some (not all) internal staff are very difficult to work with/for. Poor training plans. Poor recruitment process. Very little progression. Not had a 121 for months due to how busy it is.
