Fully remote with no risk of RTO.
Cons
Program has no actual , demonstrable leadership. There are bodies in the spots who are supposed to be acting as managers, but they are not. Managerial/top-down communication doesn't happen. Career advancement is non-existent. I asked what I can do to get to the next level. I was told "it is nearly impossible to change customer billet assignment once a resource is in their role." EITaaS & CACI are purely just resource headhunters for this program with no consideration for any actual career.
