- The organization is riddled with nepotism. Unless you know someone or have an in, don't count on moving up or getting a good promotion. It's insane how this company is still functioning with how cliques it is and how much favoritism comes into play. - The leadership team only respects themselves and no one else. You will be treated as a lesser-than employee unless you’ve made it into their club. - Leadership says they want feedback, but will only listen to the positive. - They preach transparency but they're the farthest thing from it.  - 401k match is embarrassing. - Annual raises are subpar and with inflation you are regularly making less than you did the year prior.
