- Amazing work life balance via remote work. Can leave for appointments without a hassle and your direct bosses are usually very accommodating
- Co-workers are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful
- A good place for new grads to gain experience, but don't expect to stay long
- Mediocre health/dental benefits
Cons
- Low salary with little growth
- Very little career advancement as performance evaluations are not used for anything, and management will not do anything unless you aggressively request an advancement
- No overtime benefits
- Management keeps you in the dark at all times. There is no mention of whether or not your job is safe until the very last day.
- High turnover rate
- Upper management is generally unresponsive to all questions, concerns, and inquiries
- The company is shrinking
