Small company so will offer lots of opportunities to grow in the future. Bonuses aren't too bad.
Cons
Everyone gets paid the same, regardless of work duties. The management isn't great. They have a supervisor that is toxic and just vapes in his closet all day and has his team doing all his work. It's noticeable to see from even out of his team yet nobody says anything. The company also encourages popularity tests which is unfortunate. They don't show much appreciation to the working class. They only give the higher ups the recognition. No wonder many people leave..
