      The role was easy.

      Cons

      Change in ownership meant everything became about profit (more so than usual for a business) and things like morale and maintaining good working environments dropped way down the priority list. Many managers also left

      Pros

      This company offers great pay, incentive pay, and benefits. As well as, amazing overpay for overtime. Also, a friendly, clean, safe work environment. I like the contest things and the dressing up for special days etc.

      Cons

      I sense it is very cliquey, and alot of favortizing. It seems if your not in the group, you and your position growth and successful behaviors does not matter. Seems if your not in the click you wont go no where but a call agent. The point system is ridiculous.
