Excellent career growth chances; CDAC is one of the prime research centers for learning computing and advanced applications of Computer Science in various domains. CDAC has good collaborations across India and Globe and is widely respected institution, working at CDAC helped me to work on pretty good hardware, high performance computer systems, software and domains like Bio Informatics , Scientific Computing, Parallel Computing. CDAC has excellent training facilities and CDAC alumni is famous across the globe.
Cons
CDAC is a government organization; so there are few less incentives as one may find in private ones like Infosys, TCS, Wipro etc.
