Cons
This evaluation is only for the business line I work in. In some business lines (Life Services), corruption is rampant, bureaucracy is rampant, and there is a serious factional system, or "factional culture," within the company. Talented individuals are not valued, and employees are not treated equally (unequal pay for equal work). Frontline managers are of low quality, and most senior executives in the Life Services business line lack practical work ability. It is a business line within ByteDance where decisions are made based on personal relationships; tasks/instructions change frequently, and assessments are often empty and meaningless.
