Pros
I was hired as an Assistant Designer. It was great for a while, I had the responsibility of 3 positions and they gave me a chance right out of college. It was a fun work environment for the first couple of months, but then my head designer got promoted and I was replaced with unpaid interns from Korea.
Cons
I was offered a salary of 27,000/year, which is a way below average salary for the industry, and the hours are long.
