Just as you mentioned, the flexibility of the part-time role and the ability to gain RBT Certification without any cost to the team member is a significant draw to Butterfly Effects. For many reasons, clients and families do cancel sessions and insurance companies do not allow for the client/family to be charged a cancellation fee. Make up sessions are not always feasible for families to schedule. To that end, we understand the challenge this may provide for part-time team members. I certainly hope that the skills that you acquired during your time with us leads to a long-term future in ABA Therapy and that you return to your roots at Butterfly Effects in a full-time BCBA role!
