If you work in media, you're basically asked to do the job of 3 people so you learn a lot at once.
Cons
- Leadership is unable to self-reflect and take accountability for their mistakes and instead puts the pressure on employees in positions below them to take on extra work leading to massive employee burnout with next to zero regard for employee concerns. - There is no company culture.
