Best college to work at in the Wichita area! - Assistant Professor Butler County Community College (Kansas) Employee Review

I can't say enough about the culture and value of working at Butler. Staff, administrators, students...the people here are unlike anywhere else. The benefits are terrific, and they're always thinking one step ahead to stay current and relevant for their students and staff.

None that I can think of.

Flexible, excellent department leadership, great communication, lots of training opportunities, exceptional course developers.

Administration can be unpredictable (frequent turnover), low pay for region, emphasis on growth over quality. There often seems to be some conflict between faculty and administration, but adjuncts generally stay out of it.
