      Working with the children and supporting them is a pleasure Good supportive manager Good supportive team Supportive area manger Staff meetings are always informative and the manager will inform us of any training she feels would benefit the whole team.

      Rates of pay could be better Staffing can be an issue Opening over Christmas doesn’t really work if you have children of your own and no family around to support
