I've seen some of the bad reviews and I guess there's a kernel of truth in most of them, but I've been here almost 5 years and that's just not the company I know. So many passionate people. Everyone shows up every day ready to slay. Real focus on the clients and doing what's right. Great technology (really, the BEST) Investment in quality and client outcomes In the last 2 weeks, I've heard of colleagues going through some really intense times and the fact is, Businessolver has stood by them. Time off? No problem. Heard someone grumbling about X not being available for a call and the VP on the phone SHUT IT DOWN. They care and are willing to show it.
Cons
Intense pace. You have to manage your own work/life balance because Businessolver (like just about any employer) will take what you'll give them and always want more!
