      Pros

      Very little pros however you can wear jeans and tennis shoes to work &health insurance is good

      Cons

      Very small company with no room for growth with approx 8 employees. There are no KPI's for metrics and if you are looking for somewhere you want to be micromanaged, this is the place for you. The owner is cheap when it comes to paying employees and you will only get paid once a month. -No Company values -No Employee Engagement -No Recognition

      Pros

      I recently started working at BOSS and so far I love it. Great co-workers and management. I feel like I get great sales support and guidance from management. The solutions I sell are top notch. Any company can benefit from adding the BOSS suite of product.

      None that I can see so far.

      Excellent benefits that start quickly True reward for hard work (personal experience of that growth potential) Innovative leaders who always provide new products (2 new cloud products in 1 year is amazing !) Family friendly and understanding when you have children Management that listens and is willing to explore all ideas Long-term employees who stay and have great knowledge Supportive team that will stop what they are doing to help you any time.

      Cons

      A financial advisor provided for 401K and other plans would be a bonus.
