The company is great and has promising future.

The office is beautiful. There are several old timers that have been there for 10 plus years.

It is not a good place for anyone under 30. There is no direction, collaboration or ability to grow. I am a vendor and I’ve seen them torture four people over the last 18 months until they left and felt horrible about themselves. When each of them left there was no real explanation needed because everyone knows. The under the radar culture is terrible. Go somewhere else where you can learn and grow. If you do take a job at BOS you will only learn what you don’t want.
