Thanks for your review and insights. In late 2015, we revised our managed service offering to include additional software and services. We then converted our existing clients by deploying the same software and services across them all. This standardization allows us to assign staff to specialize in specific areas. From a tech perspective there are 2 sides to this. Simplifying, as you no longer have to do a little bit of everything everywhere, but limiting as you are now specializing in focused areas of technology. We think we’ve found the right balance. Throughout the day I hear BMT staff communicating, either having a laugh or collaborating on a client problem
