They range from poor to functional in pretty much every category - Shift Manager BurgerBusters Employee Review

Pros

- They don't stand out in any particular way. A general pro would be that the company is generally functional/stable and therefore provide jobs. - It is possible that some other franchises / fast food chains are not any better. - If you work hard and produce results, you will get promoted. So there is room for growth.

Cons

- As far as I've seen, every employee across the board is paid under market-value. There is nothing offered whatsoever to attract talent. - When I was there, there was a bonus structure for management but it was rarely divvied out (even when earned). This destroyed morale and lost respect for upper management. I do not know if this was due to mismanagement/disorganization or simply being cheap. - Cutting corners is part of the culture. Example statement during training: "Taco Bell corporate wants us to such and such like this, but we do it like this because it is faster/cheaper/easier/etc." - During the 2008 election, a strongly worded memo was sent and posted for all employees to read. This memo urged everyone to vote for John McCain. It felt to me like a veiled threat and I found it very offensive (and I voted for John McCain). - Low morale all around.
