Abundance of good people willing to share.

Leadership is not good at maximising and developing talent. Focus on getting a keeping consultants in roles with limited choice meaning that role may not be suitable. Continually trying and failing to solve sales funnel so work is either feast or famine. Perm employees often treated like contractors and left on client with limited guidance or support. Company's fluctuating performance has meant multiple years of under inflation and market average pay rises meaning previous good compensation is now a bit below average.
