Poor pay.. way less than industry standards. Gossipy & competitive atmosphere. High stress and job responsibilities for low pay. Unfair payment.. they say there are tiers for hourly rates depending on the position, but that's not really true. People that are favorited or come from another company are paid way more for the same position and work duties. Some people are promised a job promotion or get a title bump and the pay does not reflect that. Little room for growth. High competition for few positions when shows are over and people are searching for their next show to be on.
