The company is relatively new so the community is quite tight-knit, which I love. The culture is down-to-earth, friendly, and fun but still very professional. Even though the setup is mostly WFH, a lot of employees choose to go to the office to bond with colleagues. My superiors inspired me a lot. Bukas is a company where you'll actually see managers actively pursuing their passion to help the less privileged.
