No work during weekdays. Some team can guide you. Flexible More cons than pros

Some manager doesnt even know what job are they doing, then ask non executive to do their work. Poor management. Salary very late. No salary increment & bonuses since 2019. Not recommend to work here if you have to many commitment because of indefinite salary Some benefit got revoked. Reason of the cons are because of covid all the time.

Employees are given a fair amount of freedom to work at their own pace and in their own methods. This means you have a great deal of opportunity to shine if you have the capability to work independently.

Also because of the freedom, sometimes it becomes a lack of directions.
