I have worked many many different places over my career and the treatment of employees at this company is one of the best experiences I have had. There is a culture of openness and transparency, and many policies are in place to ensure that staff are supported. The result has been a warm and supportive company culture. It's also a really fun work environment with lots of laughter. Working for a cause can be extremely emotionally taxing, and it makes all the difference to be working alongside colleagues who are mission driven in a work environment that encourages keeping your self healthy and balanced.
Cons
The fully remote environment may not be the right choice for some - for me it is a benefit.
