Pros

Used to be a good place to work. The owners seemed to care and want the best for their employees and staff but the mask is off now

Cons

They reduced tona skeleton crew, banned colors and feminine clothing. Morale is dead. Joy is gone. The business will go under in the next 2 years.

We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your experience doesn't feel positive, and we take concerns like these seriously. We understand that not every change will be viewed the same way across all team members. This includes staffing adjustments, service structure changes, and updates to employee policies. These decisions are made with long-term sustainability, quality care, and overall consistency in mind. Regarding our dress standard, our goal is to blend individual expression with a consistent team presence. The approach focuses on balancing flexibility for personal style with an overall team look through solid-colored bottoms and variety in tops. Workplace changes can be challenging, and open communication is important to us. There certainly can be differences in opinions in any organization, but we are always available to listen to feedback, answer questions, and explain the reasoning behind any changes. Feedback, both positive and critical, helps us continue to grow.
