Do not come to work at Buffalo Rock and plan on being able to support a family. Most employees have to work two jobs to make ends meet. Plan on hearing every secret of every employee while you are there. Then plan on hearing yourself being talked about like your not even there. Management is terrible. Managers talk to their employees like they were a bum on the side of the road. I am now under fire for an employee threatening me in front of the supervisor, and I informed the supervisor I was leaving for the night. However, nothing was said to the employee for threatening me, and the supervisor claims we were all just working and I disappeared. Most employees openly speak about drug use, and claim they cant pass another drug test. When an incident occurs that requires a drug test management fixes the problem so it doesn't have to be reported and they don't have to pay for a drug test. Finally, when corporate approves raises for your department, don't count on it. Corporate approved higher pay twice, and they division management denied it twice. Where does that money go?
