What they don't tell you during the interview is that you can't take off a Monday or Friday unless it's an off week. So there is one staffing coordinator that steps into the supervisor position and gives the orders to the rest of the employees in the office. Very little professionalism as employees feed off each other and criticise each other's work performance when they walk out of the office.
