A very dedicated group of people working to create and monetize quality content on a subject for which they all share a passion. Casual work environment. Fun atmosphere. A True Esprit de Corps reigns.

Multiple changes in ownership have decimated staff size and ability to maintain volume and quality of content. Lack of clear direction for the future. Too much uncertainty.

There are so many talented, passionate creatives, admins, and salespeople. Some of these people hung in with this company through some very dark days and were it not for my peers, I would never have stayed this long at this company.

The salary is not competitive nor are the benefits that great. The person at the helm not only had poor people skills and no leadership skills, she is not a very good manager -- her behavior is erratic and her management style is demoralizing to everyone in the company. There is so much turnover because of her poor communication and lack of leadership.
