Poor Management/Unsafe/ Understaffed - Registered Nurse BryLin Hospital Employee Review

Poor management,don't back their staff , high rate of staff injury, no computer system, horrible staffing, poorly trained techs, low pay,high turnover, unsafe, poor parking, assaults between staff, no security, admission process, run down hospital, low morale,no dedicated nursing station on adult floor, environmentally unsafe for patient / staff alike, little active hands on involvement from upper management, staff lateness abscenses unprofessionalism tolerated by management with little to often no consequence making workload heavier for others, Upper management never on floors, or available for issues
