Big company with lots of growth, good people. Lots of time off—about 6 weeks PTO per yr, including all major holidays paid. They’re very flexible with working with my and my family’s busy, busy schedule.
Cons
Raises are very modest, bonuses can also be modest. I feel like they don’t offer as competitive salaries as they should be, especially to keep up with inflation, tariffs, and rising cost of living in Seattle.
