Just like any other company, it is about work and works sometimes sucks. However, your colleagues are always around to cheer you up when you are down. Could the salary be better? In my opinion, yes. But keep in mind too that I am greedy.

When you apply yourself, you can & will get the credits you deserve (not only monetary) Good management team and owners that take efforts to treat everybody properly and gives them room to grow

Sometimes they take too little advantage of the in house knowledge that is present and look for an external solution too easily.
