Pros
Began working for Brook Street in 2015. Great team, great attitude, at The Strand Branch, London. Actually made you feel you were working for best of best. Went out their way to get you the best hourly rate.
Cons
People have moved on. That buzz, that feeling you were a part of a great agency is now gone. I have not worked in nearly six months. It is now a case of take it or leave. Have been told I am not entitled to higher hourly rates on some of the jobs they contact me about. No one calls you anymore. They just email you about a role. If you don't respond, they don't follow through. Truly sad that they have a large contract with Central Government.
