Parking on the pavement in a rough industrial estate. No tea breaks except lunch 30 mins. Not interested in making improvements to their long-served clunky processes. ONLY interested in getting product out of the door with zero interest in improving their processes. No sick pay available.

Great team. Lots of opportunities.
