Broadsheet is a great place - there are a lot of learning opportunities across the business and great access to a range of people in the lifestyle and culture space. You are given a lot of responsibility and chances to prove yourself. The company culture is great and you will love your colleagues.
Cons
Salaries in editorial are low compared to commercial side of things and negotiation is hard. If you want a pay raise the best way to do it is to leave. Although hours are good it can be stressful.
