      - Excellent work environment and respectful coworkers - Salary and Benefits above average - High-Tech products and projects - Constant professional development and career - 100% Remote work benefit (BTW: this site forced me to pick one existing location even though I worked remotely all the time, that is why I selected Mexico City) My ratings below are done thinking not in Broadcom but in VMware

      - I did not find anything during the time I worked for VMware

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
