      Pros

      Pays good if you make all the RIFs RSUs Talented engineers Flexible work (for some)

      Cons

      Too many RIFs and layoffs ( happen frequently) Cut a lot of talented employees Currently no lab environment have to spend money on your own and getting rid of many certifications and vmug advantages

      Pros

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
