      Until Vmware was acquired we had all the benifits and it was such a blessing to work in such a organisation

      After acquiring broadcom has made up many changes and it was not employee friendly

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
