Pros
VMware had a great culture. But BC is different.
Cons
BC just toss aside any parts of the business that don't align with their core business. That's fine, even should be expected in some cases. But, the culture and benefits that are sacrificed for this simplistic style isn't worth it for many employees. Also, margins must always be increasing.
