Pros
Cool products, good benefits, smart and talented engineering workforce.
Cons
Too many technical people in managerial positions and not doing a competent job. Distribution of same project across different locations and each location periodically clamoring for good work. Need to be in right group at right time. Big inconsistencies in technical ladder across groups and locations.
