Pros
- Weekly pay during probation period
- Friendly co workers who try to help as much as they can
Cons
- Poor training and communication between management for any new starter. Expect to wait days/weeks for login info and a slow start with little support.
- Will be allocated to multiple roles and duties which aren't mentioned in job description or interview process. Expect to switch departments and not be kept on as they do not plan or anticipate the cost of introducing a new job role which they cannot afford.
- Lack of security, company will use worker up until time of contract sign, no desire to be kept on full time. (High staff turnover)
- Management will interfere and change your work/bookings with no communication as every employee has access to the database, this will be your fault and responsibility to clean up.
- No perks/sick pay, staff on same wage for 10+ years, no opportunity to move up.
