      Definitely lots of OT. Just not enough help.

      Cons

      New management and new structure has affected everyone's work culture. Too many outside hires being promoted and veteran employees get little to no raise.

      Pros

      I always got full hours even when I was part time.

      Cons

      Unnecessary stress for a job that should not consume your life. The locations I’ve worked at all employees (ESPECIALLY OPS) act like high schoolers
