      Pros

      Salary and benefits were good overall. In general, colleagues were good to work with

      Cons

      Work CULTURE, Management, working hours and accountability. Management has no idea how to run the organization and work culture is despicable. Heads are cut getting rid of all the knowledge necessary to be successful, but they hold onto to high level managers who drain morale and risk lawsuits.

      Team is great. Everyone helps each other. Opportunity to bring up your own ideas and work on your projects.

      Pros

      Relaxed work environment, lots of free coffee, leniency with time off, good work-life balance, workplace camaraderie, given your own laptop and work phone's, non-toxic colleagues and bosses, work from home options.

      Cons

      poor management structure, company's success is more so attributed to its brand recognition and seasonal demand for service, JFK facility is undersized for the amount of volume it gets, difficult to get yearly raises.
