Very happy working here - Software Developer Brightway Insurance Employee Review

I have been working here at Brightway for over a year now. I came in from a larger corporation that was more focused on procedures instead of innovation. Since I've been here, I feel like everyone is focused on how we can make Brightway better. We look at building better applications, the upper management is very encouraging when we do a good job and we can see the positive results of our work. The development group works extremely well together and we have fun while working.
