Pros
Brightway's culture is unlike any company out there. The owners and leadership team are great. Employee's suggestions are heard and those who work hard are recognized. There are have been many positive changes at Brightway over the last few years and I feel lucky to be a part of the Brightway family!
Cons
I don't really have anything negative to say. Brightway is growing fast so there are always new opportunities arising and new things to learn.
