      Cons

      Executive leaders still learning how to lead and manage a publicly traded, nationwide organization. Culture is not focused on employee experience.

      The manipulation Pharmerica uses to ensure the compensation is not accurate! The market moved and the company didn’t, the benchmark is outdated but told verbatim "we are NOT a priority" The company prioritized cost control over market competitiveness
