      Paid time off and job flexibility. I love the individuals (clients) that I help.

      Cons

      Poor pay, company expects you to go above and beyond and won't pay you. Always short staffed and complains about overtime. There insurance is to high for the pay. The company doesn't care about their employees just money.

      The manipulation Pharmerica uses to ensure the compensation is not accurate! The market moved and the company didn’t, the benchmark is outdated but told verbatim "we are NOT a priority" The company prioritized cost control over market competitiveness
