      Flexible hours for going to school.

      Cons

      No raises in three years. Downsize office people without let people know. The only time you here from management is when you do something wrong or they want to see if you will pick up hours.

      The manipulation Pharmerica uses to ensure the compensation is not accurate! The market moved and the company didn’t, the benchmark is outdated but told verbatim "we are NOT a priority" The company prioritized cost control over market competitiveness
